Owner of Peek Inspections! I am one the few Certified Master Inspectors in the Treasure Valley area. My team and I take great pride in providing the most thorough and comprehensive home inspections on the market. Our goal is helping people make educated decisions and giving them confidence in their investment.
Why choose Peek Home Inspections? The state of Idaho does not regulate Home Inspectors. Crazy, huh? You can become an inspector with no actual field experience or training. Most inspectors do this as a second job and have to learn as they go, with several failing in their first year. I was fortunate enough to work under a Master Inspector in North and South Carolina where requirements to become a Home Inspector are far more rigorous and regulated than Idaho. We maintain my good standing through accredited Continuing Education courses, ensuring we stay current with industry advancements.
As graduates of the InterNACHI® School's Home Inspector Certificate Program, we cover all aspects of a home's interior and exterior, from foundational elements to heating and cooling systems, roofing, plumbing, and electrical infrastructure.
